We collect information you give us directly, such as your first name, email address, city, waitlist note, profile details, host application details, join requests, references, and any photos or walk details you upload.

We also collect technical information needed to run the service, including session and language cookies, browser and device data, IP-derived security signals, and usage or error data when analytics or monitoring are enabled.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the waitlist and app, authenticate accounts, review host applications and join requests, send transactional emails, show profile and reference information inside Sanpo, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

What other people can see

Sanpo is not a public social feed, but some information is intentionally visible inside the product as part of the trust loop. If you create a host profile, request to join a walk, attend an event, or leave a reference, parts of that information may be shown to other Sanpo users.

Retention and your choices

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to run the service, keep records of safety or abuse issues, and meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion.

Children

Sanpo is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Do not use Sanpo if you are under 18.
